Yoga retreat - 𝐸𝒾𝓃𝑒 𝑅𝑒𝒾𝓈𝑒.

Three days - one trip. I am looking forward to my first weekend yoga retreat with you.
A retreat gives you the opportunity to experience yourself. Through this intensive, special time with you and other participants, you can dive a little deeper into the yoga experience. The focus is on experience.
And because retreats are usually such wonderful and catchy events, this means: a trip.

A journey into the inner world. A journey to places that are not made of stone. And at the same time the return to your innermost, true self - your inner space.
I will accompany you in your individual experience with yin yoga, meditation, invigorating vinyasa and ritual. A lecture and an exchange round will help you to integrate what you have experienced.
You will find many hiking trails around the Sampurna House and there is enough space on the premises to turn inside.
Our group is provided with wonderfully delicious organic vegan food.
I am happy to accompany you in this experience.
Every trip is individual.


Your journey
I charge a seminar fee of 220 euros for the entire weekend offer.


ATTENTION: The early bird gets a discount until 10.10.2020 and pays 190 euros.

The accommodation
Your trip will take place in the beautiful Sampurna seminar house in Schlangenbad ( ). There you have a quiet and meek environment to align yourself inside. Between the yoga and meditation times you have the opportunity to dedicate yourself to nature or to enjoy the sauna area for an intensive cleaning. The following prices apply to both accommodation and organic vegan meals throughout the weekend. Tea, coffee, fruit and snacks are available free of charge.
Single room 228 euros
Double room: 208 euros
Multi-bed room: 188 euros

The main thing in a retreat is to give the participants the opportunity to really look inside. Wherever the path leads you is often quite individual. It is absolutely certain that you will leave your everyday life completely and get out of your routine. Body, mind and soul react to this extraordinary condition in very different ways. As a rule, this 'reset' has a very healing effect.
Yin Yoga is a wonderful vehicle to feel yourself better and to start your way inside through the body.
At the main event on Saturday evening I will accompany your trip with various instruments and sounds.
So that you can process your experience well, you have the opportunity to exchange ideas on Sundays after an intuitive yoga practice.

In general, I always recommend my participants to write down what they have experienced. Every inner experience requires processing =)

So that we can learn more mindfulness again, you also have the option of taking your meal in silence away from the group.
